Official Rules
Tattoo Giveaway Fundraiser
NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR DONATION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Jammin for Jeremy Half-Day Tattoo Session Giveaway ("Sweepstakes"). The Sweepstakes is being conducted in connection with the Jammin for Jeremy fundraising event. Donations to Jammin for Jeremy are voluntary and are completely separate from participation in this Sweepstakes.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must be legally eligible to receive tattoo services and must comply with all identification, health, safety, consent, and other requirements of the tattoo artist and tattoo studio providing the prize. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and immediate family or household members of the Sponsor, participating tattoo artist or tattoo studio, and persons directly involved in administering the Sweepstakes are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 4 p.m. Central Time on September 16, 2026 and ends at 4 p.m. Central Time on September 27, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period"). All entries must be received by the Sponsor no later than the entry deadline. Late, incomplete, illegible, damaged, misdirected, postage-due, mechanically reproduced, photocopied, computer-generated, or otherwise noncompliant entries will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter — No Purchase Necessary
To receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry, an eligible entrant must personally prepare and mail an entry as follows: On a plain, white 3-inch-by-5-inch index card, hand-print in blue or black ink: (1) Entrant's full legal name; (2) Complete residential mailing address, city, state, and ZIP Code; (3) Email address; (4) Telephone number; (5) Date of birth; (6) The exact words: "JAMMIN FOR JEREMY HALF-DAY TATTOO SESSION GIVEAWAY — FREE ENTRY"; (7) The statement: "I certify that I am at least 18 years old, have read and agree to the Official Rules, and understand that no purchase or donation is necessary to enter or win."; (8) Entrant's handwritten signature and date. Place the completed card inside a standard #10 envelope with your full name and return address handwritten in the upper-left corner. Mail by U.S. First-Class Mail with proper postage to: Jammin for Jeremy Sweepstakes Entry, 2676 N FM 312, Winnsboro, TX 75494. ONE ENTRY PER ENVELOPE. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, damaged, or misdirected mail.
5. Donations Are Separate From Sweepstakes
Jammin for Jeremy welcomes voluntary donations in support of its fundraising purpose. However: A DONATION IS NOT REQUIRED TO ENTER. DONATING MORE MONEY DOES NOT PROVIDE ADDITIONAL ENTRIES. DONATING DOES NOT IMPROVE AN ENTRANT'S CHANCES OF WINNING. The donation process and Sweepstakes entry process are completely separate.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive: One Jammin for Jeremy Half-Day Tattoo Session provided by Josh Whitten, consisting of up to 4 hours of tattoo services. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,500. The prize has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the prize does not include transportation, airfare, lodging, meals, gratuities, additional tattoo time, aftercare products, or any other expense. The winner is responsible for traveling to the participating tattoo studio at the winner's own expense. Tattoo design, size, location, subject matter, scheduling, and other details are subject to the participating artist's professional judgment and studio policies. The winner must present valid government-issued photo identification and satisfy all legal, health, safety, and studio requirements before receiving tattoo services. The prize must be redeemed by [EXPIRATION DATE], subject to artist availability.
7. Random Drawing
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The drawing is scheduled for September 27, 2026 at approximately 8:00 P.M. Central Time and may be broadcast on Facebook Live. The odds of winning depend entirely upon the total number of eligible entries received. The Sponsor's decisions concerning eligibility, administration of the Sweepstakes, and application of these Official Rules are final, subject to applicable law.
8. Winner Notification and Verification
The potential winner will be contacted using the telephone number and/or email address supplied with the winning entry. The potential winner must respond within 48 hours after the Sponsor's first notification attempt. The potential winner may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility and execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, Prize Acceptance, Liability Release, and, where lawful, Publicity Release. Failure to respond, satisfy eligibility requirements, or complete required documentation will result in disqualification and Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner.
9. Prize Conditions
The tattoo will be performed only if the participating licensed tattoo artist determines that doing so is lawful and appropriate under applicable professional, health, and safety requirements. The winner voluntarily assumes the ordinary risks associated with receiving tattoo services and will be required to complete the tattoo studio's normal consent and acknowledgment documentation before services are performed. Sponsor does not make any warranty concerning the tattoo services beyond those that cannot legally be disclaimed.
10. Taxes and Expenses
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes and any expenses associated with accepting or using the prize that are not expressly included in the prize description.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who attempts to tamper with the entry process, submits fraudulent information, violates these Official Rules, or otherwise interferes with the fair administration of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify, postpone, or cancel the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, natural disaster, governmental action, or another circumstance beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially affects the integrity or administration of the Sweepstakes.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, entrants agree that Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, representatives, participating tattoo artist, tattoo studio, and agents will not be responsible for losses arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize except to the extent liability cannot legally be waived. Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive any right that cannot lawfully be waived.
13. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to announce the winner's first name, last initial, city, and state in connection with the Sweepstakes without additional compensation.
14. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the laws of an entrant's state of residence must legally apply.
15. Winner Information
After the winner has been verified, the winner's name may be announced on the Jammin for Jeremy website, social media pages, and/or Facebook Live broadcast.
16. Important Notice
